At Genesis, we know family and home time is important to you, so it is important to us to ensure we get you home. You will be able to have weekends off to spend with your family with the potential to make it home during the week.
What do you mean by premium-free medical insurance?
This means we pay 100% of your insurance premiums. Nothing comes out of your weekly direct deposit pay for driver health coverage. We can also provide rates if you need family coverage.
Do you offer paid vacation?
Yes! This is just another way Genesis provides you with quality family time.

What type of runs should I expect?
Midwest Regional runs out of Cape Girardeau, MO with ongoing/repeat customers means no surprises or lack of freight for our drivers.
How many miles can I expect and are they consistent?
The number of miles you can expect and the consistency depends on how hard you want to work! Our freight is 98% company contracted with our drivers’ loads being preplanned in advance to ensure we keep you rolling. With the use of drop/hook, you can maximize your hours of service while complying with DOT regulations.
How many dispatchers will I work with?
Only one! Our drivers have an assigned Fleet Manager that you work with daily to take care of all of your needs.
Do you have assigned trucks?
Yes! The truck you are assigned is yours with no slip seating.
What type of equipment can I expect?
You can expect late-model Macks that are well-maintained and serviced right here onsite. We understand the importance of good equipment to keep you rolling, so we do everything possible to minimize repair and scheduled maintenance time in our shop.
